"The Game Barn"

This 800 square-foot garage was simply not serving any purpose at our Client's short-term rental property. Our client wanted an entertainment space for his guests to unwind and play - and we delivered!

We began with a bland, uninsulated garage. Built sturdily, but nowhere near what our Client had in mind. This space not only needed a facelift, but many more behind-the-scenes components such as insulation, roof ventilation, new wiring, and more.

Only five weeks later, we were able to complete construction while working around the rental schedule. Our Client was able to increase their nightly rental rate and provide a more entertaining environment for his guests.
"Country Family Retreat"
Vilas, NC
Our Client purchased this 2000's home as a country retreat for his family. Our job: bring a modern cabin look to their new home. This whole-home renovation included all-new flooring, light fixtures, appliances, bathrooms, electrical, and more.

Only six weeks later, a house was transformed into a home. A modern farmhouse look was introduced to the interior. With new flooring, lighting, appliances, bathrooms, furniture, electrical, and a bit of paint, our Client's dream getaway became a reality.
"Getaway Cabin"

This 1980's log cabin is nestled in the mountains just outside of Boone. The owner purchased this bare-bones cabin with no plumbing, electricity, or insulation. We were able to bring our Client's vision to life by bringing this simple cabin into the 21st century.
